The site is a protected natural monument, where 5 million litres of water flows daily through a 600-metre gorge, dropping in a series of tumbling cascades totalling roughly 125 metres. The experience unfolds across a network of 26 winding bridges and numerous footbridges and steps, each turn revealing new views of the water as it cuts deeper into the wooded ravine.
Walking the path feels like threading through the heart of the gorge itself. Handrails and sturdy footbridges keep you safe as the Myrabach stream rushes below, and eleven information stations scattered along the route share stories of the gorge's geology, plant life, and wildlife. The walk is scenic and accessible enough for families, with most visitors completing the circuit in around 1.5 hours over roughly 2.5 kilometres.
Children have reason to linger too. A playground near the entrance includes a climbing paradise and water play area, alongside a wildlife enclosure and a raft ride on the Myra pond—turning a waterfall visit into a broader day of adventure.
